Our last PTO Meeting of the year is on Monday, June 16 at 10:00 a.m. in the cafeteria.
Gainfield PTO Board Nominations
The PTO would like to offer the Gainfield community the opportunity to nominate any person or persons for the open executive board positions. The positions available at this time are Vice President and Treasurer.
We as a PTO have adopted by-laws in order to become a tax-exempt corporation. By adopting these by-laws the executive board are the only people who are authorized to vote on pending issues. Please nominate someone that you think would best represent your interests.
If you have not received a nomination form in your child's backpack you may print a copy here.
After the nominations are collected, the nominees will be contacted to confirm they are interested in the position. At which time we will send out another notice with your nominees' names. There will then be a ballot box at Gainfield for you to either come in or send in your votes.
